As the wedding season starts in the coming days, brides and grooms-to-be must be busy making plans to make the most of these (single) days and how to look the best in their big day. While brides always plan early so that they look the best, grooms often neglect the basic things one needs to do to look sharp. However, today things are changing.

Gone are the days when being untidy was a sign of masculinity. Today’s new-age women prefer men who are well-kept and have an edge over the others with their style quotient. Here are simple tips for men to look sharp and different on their big day.

Charge your skin: Men too may have insecurities about their skin. Some may have scars, some may have redness, some have peeling due to dryness and some are way to oily. Regardless of your skin-type, it’s worth a visit to our skin therapists to see if your problem can be easily solved. Make an appointment well in advance so that our skin therapists evaluate your skin situation and get it charged soon.

Get a haircut: I know this is obvious, but it must be stated. Get your hair cut regularly. If you’ve had the same style for a long time, try something that’s new and trendy. Even if you don’t like it, it can always grow back.

Shape up your beard: Some may have a clean-shaved look, other a little scruff. Regardless of the length of your facial hair, there’s still a one-size-fits-all rule for facial grooming: keep it maintained, no matter how long it is. Schedule an appointment with one of our stylists in advance and they can suggest what looks best on you.

Watch what you wear: Take some time off from your busy schedule to select what you are going to wear on your D-day. Match items properly and get them ready well in advance.

Eat properly: Cut down on smoking and drinking. Though you may have plans for a big Bachelor’s Party, try to restrict yourself to one or two drinks.

Sleep tight: Despite your work and partying schedule, it is important that you get minimum of eight hours sleep each night.
